If the reservation is cancelled more than 3 days before the arrival date, the value of the gift card will be credited back and can be used again, within its validity period.

If the reservation is cancelled less than 3 days before arrival, in case of no-show, or if the booking is made on a non-refundable rate, the gift card will be considered as used and cannot be credited again.

If the total amount of the reservation is lower than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance can be used for a future stay.
