This "Gastronomade" place is influenced by the flavours of other countries and the Spanish origins of our Chef. Daring and relaxed, it aims at a balance of the beautiful and the good, from which the sane comes. It is a "gastronomic" stroll that we are inviting you to, around a menu created on the basis of fresh, local and seasonal products. A walk largely inspired by our direct environment (forest, vegetable garden, greenhouse).
